A septic company got a site built to be found, on Google and by the AI that now answers for it.

Johns By John installs, pumps and maintains septic systems out of Spring Hill, covering Hernando, Pasco, Citrus and Hillsborough counties. Anthony Crescenzo runs it. His brief was one sentence: keep it simple, and give Google and AI enough real content to send us work. The rebuild leads with job-site footage his own supervisor shot, puts the Google reviews on the homepage, and gives every county its own page.
Septic is a same-day decision made on a phone. The company had nothing on the page to decide with.
A homeowner with a failing tank compares three companies in ten minutes at the kitchen table. They want to see the truck, the crew, the reviews, and whether the company works in their county. None of that was on the site. The proof existed. It lived on Google instead.
Real footage, a correct diagram, reviews on the homepage, and one page per county.

The homepage runs a background video of an actual installation, filmed by the crew and walked in from the road. A simple diagram explains the tank and drain field the way Anthony builds them, with the extra chamber I had drawn taken out because his systems do not have one. Services split into Pumping and Maintenance. Service Areas gets its own dropdown so a search from Pasco lands on a Pasco page.

The truck, the logo he already had, and a house that looks like the ones he services.

The original logo stayed. Anthony liked it and so did I. The house on the first screen is a typical Spring Hill home, palm trees out front, because the visitor should recognize their own street. For a service nobody wants to think about, looking local and looking busy does what no tagline can.
The homepage first screen. The job site leads, the reviews follow.
Anthony reviewed every build on his phone before he ever opened it on a desktop.

A live development site went up the first week so he could poke at it from the truck. On the phone the number is one tap from every screen and the county pages read in one scroll. Reviews stay visible the whole way down, because trust is the product.
